Vildana Dolamić graduated from University of Sarajevo, the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Language and Literature of the Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and obtained the title of the Professor of Bosnian Language and Literature. Worked in the private sector for ten years. For the last five years is working in the public sector, employed with the Ministry of Security – Service for Foreigners Affairs, as a Professional Advisor in the Office of the Director. Have been accredited by the Council of Europe as a human rights trainer, on the topic “Strengthening mechanisms for the protection of human rights of detained and imprisoned persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina.” Also an expert of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies at the University of Sarajevo.


Biometric processing of foreign citizens in proceedings before authorities in BiH, current state of play, legislation and tendencies


The presentation will focus on: Legislation stipulating the obligation of taking biometric data of foreign nationals. Types of biometric data to be taken in proceedings. Current capacities Migrant Wave and Security Challenges Tendencies of improving the system and technical capacities and equipment.
